Made of beechwood, taken from PEFC™ French forests, this 18 cm u’Select pepper mill recalls the lines of the handle-operated mills of our grandmothers. In a contemporary design combining matt black and shiny metal, you’ll find all the nostalgia of the traditional action of the mill as well as simplicity of use. Adjust the pepper grinding size using the u’Select control ring located at the base of the mill. 6 grinding settings allow you to choose the right grinding size for your meal. The product arrived broken (handle is too stiff to turn, it squeaks loudly, the inner mechanism is made of cardboard) and no pepper comes out. Have contacted customer service three times over the last month and no response.
